Ener Serenity features seashells.  The sea, with its calming waves and the soothing sound of the ocean, embodies serenity. Seashells washed ashore capture this tranquillity with their smooth surfaces and calming colours. Holding a seashell not only connects us to the vastness of the ocean but also brings the peaceful melody of the waves, promoting inner calm and mindfulness amidst life's chaos.

Here is how you find Ener Serenity, spending 5 minutes:

  • Find a quiet place.
  • Touch the seashell toppers (touch).
  • Light the candle and watch the flame (sight).
  • Brew the included Tea Tonic for a sensory experience (taste).
  • Inhale the scent that's picked to inspire serenity (smell).
  • Close your eyes, visualise the ocean, sand and seashells and focus on deep breathing.
  • Dispel all your fears by writing them all down.
  • Breathe deeply again for a few minutes.
  • Completed a powerful self-care moment.

Take this serenity with you and take one small action towards that challenge or goal. Repeat whenever you need to feel calm and regenerate.

Candle Fragrance Oil: A tranquil and relaxing fragrance. With top notes of coconut and sparkling ocean mist middle notes of Ylang Ylang and cyclamen, infused into a calming base of sandalwood and rosewood.

Top Notes: Coconut, Ocean Mist, Agave Nectar

Ingredients

The wicks are made from natural cotton with braided paper fibres and 100% natural soy wax.

Instructions

Trim wicks to 7mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer, ensuring the right length.

Place candle in a non-draughty area, away from small children, pets and flammable material.

Do not burn for less than one hour or more than four hours at a time.

Reuse Me!

The cup is a ceramic Japanese tea cup and once you have completely burnt the candle to the bottom, use boiling hot water to rinse out the wax twice (dispose liquid in bin and not the sink). Watch for boiling water in cup which may be hot to handle.

Then, use detergent to rinse the cup 3 times.

Reuse with your favourite tea or coffee.
