In a world where each one of us is uniquely remarkable, finding one’s path can be a transformative journey. I understand this struggle intimately because I’ve lived it. With over two decades as a Senior Finance Executive, when I turned 40, I was lost. I didn't want to be an accountant anymore. But what else can I do? Accounting is ALL I know. I was overworked, hardly spending any time with the family. Something had to give. 

I found myself at a crossroads. The corporate world felt suffocating, leaving me yearning for something more meaningful. 

The Turning Point:

I embarked on a soul-searching journey, delving into some hard questions that mattered:

• What truly matters to me?
• What are my core values?
• Where do my strengths lie?
• What ignites my passion?
• What drains my energy ?

Through introspection and self-discovery, I emerged with clarity and a newfound courage. So, for the next 4.5 years, I did my side passion project as a career coach, while maintaining my full time corporate job earning over $200k.

Once I built more clarity, courage and was serene with my exit plan, I leapt into my career coaching business at 45. I transitioned into a career coach, supporting others in their pursuit of fulfilment.

Now I help people find their unique value, land their a promotion, career change and gain $35k+ in a pay rise.

When they come to me for help, they are full of self-doubt, rejection, lacked confidence and minimised themselves.

With my coaching, I move them from the inside, give them actions and systems to build their confidence, so they can project that in the interview, presentations, having difficult conversations.

I see them grow, and change their lives. That's why I love what I do, transforming people's lives and build their self-belief (when they don't believe themselves).

They have worked from the inside out. 

Introducing Ener Aura:

However, after my coachees' successful job offers or promotions, a few years later,  they return...with the same challenge but they are climbing a higher summit. So, I decided to create Ener Aura to give them tools and help them continue their journeys.

Why Ener Aura? 'Ener' resonates with ‘inner’ in Danish, signifying uniqueness and an extraordinary individual. Ener Aura is more than just candles and oils; it’s a vessel for self-discovery and healing. Our products are crafted to instil Ener Clarity, Ener Courage, and Ener Serenity precisely when you need it.

I want people who's struggling or reaching for that big hairy audacious north star to find powerful moments to regenerate, revitalise and gain that one-of-a-kind aura or vibe inside, so they project that on the outside.

I want you to practice self-care so you can care for others, tackle challenges or simply find inner peace.

I aim to nourish your souls, because I know first-hand, when you are nourished you can conquer the world. I hope you take a moment, cherish the present and light up a candle or roll on some inspirational oil.
