Its vibrant presence amid challenges reflects the bravery to shine even in fear and uncertainty. Flowers embody hope and courage in facing the unknown. Their delicate beauty illustrates strength in vulnerability, inspiring individuals to embrace fragility with authenticity and bravery.
A flower's growth is also the path after you achieve a goal or get through a challenge.
Here is how you find Ener Courage, spending 5 minutes:
- Find a quiet place.
- Touch the flower topper (touch).
- Light the candle and watch the flame (sight).
- Brew the included Tea Tonic for a sensory experience (taste).
- Inhale the scent that's picked to inspire courage (smell).
- Close your eyes, visualise a field of flowers with tall green grass and focus on deep breathing.
- Dispel all your fears by writing them all down.
- Breathe deeply again for a few minutes.
- Completed a powerful self-care moment.
Take this courage with you and take one small action towards that challenge or goal. Repeat whenever you need courage.

The wicks are made from natural cotton with braided paper fibres and 100% natural soy wax.

Instructions
Trim wicks to 7mm before each use using scissors or a wick trimmer, ensuring the right length.
Place candle in a non-draughty area, away from small children, pets and flammable material.
Do not burn for less than one hour or more than four hours at a time.

The cup is a ceramic Japanese tea cup and once you have completely burnt the candle to the bottom, use boiling hot water to rinse out the wax twice (dispose liquid in bin and not the sink). Watch for boiling water in cup which may be hot to handle.
Then, use detergent to rinse the cup 3 times.
Reuse with your favourite tea or coffee.
